According to statistical feedback, our Latin American users in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina and other countries have successfully installed SKE non-invasive level sensors and put them into project use recently. The measurement data is accurate, the performance is stable, and the ultrasonic level sensors are proven to be safe and reliable.
SKE is committed to the research & development and production of non-invasive ultrasonic liquid level sensors. It adopts the sonar technology ranging principle, uses micro-vibration analysis technology and advanced signal processing technology, and is equipped with a high-speed signal processing chip. It breaks through the influence of container wall thickness and realizes true non-contact measurement of liquid level height in closed containers.
The external level sensor independently developed by our company does not need to make holes in containers or tanks, does not contact the medium in the container, and the probe is directly magnetically attracted or glued to the outer wall of the container or tank, also it features an automatic calibration function. The measuring probe transmits and receives sound wave signals, and the signals penetrate the outer wall of the container to form echoes in the medium to achieve distance measurement. It has high safety, a wide measuring range of up to 30m, and high measurement accuracy. It has its own remote transmission output (4~20)mA signal and switch alarm output, and a display screen that can display the liquid level on site. It has fast response speed and strong anti-interference ability.
The external ultrasonic level transmitter independently developed by our company has a measurement range of 0~30m and a measurement accuracy of 0.1%FS-0.5%FS. It is widely used for liquid level measurement in industrial storage tanks, water tanks, petrochemical and other industries.
