At the exhibition site, many visitors showed great interest in the two 76~81GHz and 92-96GH gallium arsenide (GaAs) process RF transceiver front-end chips developed by our company. Compared with traditional CMOS process radar transceiver chips, the transmission power of gallium arsenide (GaAs) sensor chips has been greatly improved (from 12dBm to 18dBm), the Noise Figure has been reduced (from 12dB to 4.5dB), and the radar front-end signal quality has been greatly improved, which has become a highlight of the exhibition.
