Non-invasive level sensor, radar level transmitter
This solution is suitable for mobile energy tank projects. It adopts non-invasive level sensor or radar level sensor, and cooperates with the positioning 4G transmission module to wirelessly transmit the fuel level signal of mobile fuel trucks to help customers monitor the fuel level of mobile fuel trucks in real time. This solution can reduce the risk of oil leakage during the driving of the tank truck, and avoid illegal acts such as oil theft and oil change, etc.

    Principle

    As shown in the figure, when measuring the liquid level, the sonar wave signal is emitted from the probeand the echo signal is detected by the probe after being reflected by the liquid surface. 

    The echo signal is processed by a proprietary algorithm to calculate the time t, 

    and the system calculates the liquid level height according to the formula.



    H : The height of the measured liquid level


    t : the time it takes for the sonar wave to return from launch to return


    tg : transit time of the sonar wave in the tank wall


    v : the velocity of sonar waves in the liquid


    α: Correction coefficient
